Oracle Global Trade Management ConsultantJob Description:Drive the successful implementation of Oracle GTM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.Analyze complex business requirements and map them to the most suitable GTM functionalities.Configure and customize GTM modules to meet the specific needs of our clients, including Product Classification, Restricted Party Screening, Trade Compliance Rules, License Management, and Trade Agreements.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective solution.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize the value of their Oracle GTM investment.Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to ensure the optimal performance of GTM solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in global trade regulations and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of GTM solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM functional consulting, with a strong focus on configuration and customization.Deep understanding of global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics principles.Proven ability to analyze and design complex GTM-based solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.Strong debugging and issue resolution skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Good to Have:Knowledge of Oracle OTM (Transportation Management) and its integration with GTM.Experience with XML, SQL, and GTM data models.Exposure to international trade regulations, including EAR, ITAR, HS Codes, and ECCN.Prior experience with GTM cloud implementations.Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
