If you like hard problems at the intersection of ML systems, distributed infra, and human behavior—this is it.Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Founding Engineer located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate will contribute to designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure, systems, and software of our platform. Responsibilities include developing scalable systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions, managing technical challenges, and ensuring the reliability and performance of all deployed systems.Required Skills and Qualifications2+ years operating production cloud systems (serverless + containers) with real ownership of reliability, security, and cost.Have deployed AI models to productionA strong understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science fundamentalsA deep understanding and experience of Vector Databases at ScaleFamiliarity with ReactJS and AI tools to iterate on front-end Experience with Cloud Computing, Infrastructure Management, and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with Agile Development and Start-up Environment WorkflowsComfortable shipping in Python, TypeScript, and Java; value typed contracts and clean interfaces to the frontend.Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferredPASSION FOR INNOVATION AND BUILDING CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGYWhat We OfferWe offer a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills.Join Our Team
