SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager Job DescriptionThe role of SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager is crucial to the success of any organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.Coordinate with HR, functional, and technical teams for configuration, integration, and testing.Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.E nsure adherence to SAP methodologies and organizational standards.Overs ee user training, UAT, change management, and post–go-live support.Requirements & Skills:Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects (Employee Central, Talent Modules).Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors module workflow.Solid project management experience across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.Experience with project tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps.Strong communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications (preferred).Technical Skills:SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Talent Modules, HRIS, HR Processes, SAP Activate, Project Planning, Risk Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Change Management, UAT, Post-Go-Live Support, Integration Coordination, Reporting, Agile/Waterfall.An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.About this roleThis critical position requires a highly skilled professional to oversee complex SAP SuccessFactors projects.
