We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Trainee to join our growing team and help shape the future of our brand through campaigns, content, and customer engagement. Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow with one of India’s most innovative food startups. The role will give hands-on exposure to digital marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and brand growth strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to explore the fast-paced food & D2C industry and contribute to building a brand that’s making waves in the seafood space. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, and offline activations). Support social media content creation (posts, reels, captions, and stories). Work with influencers/partners on product seeding and recipe collaborations. Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, campaign assets, and brand collaterals. Track campaign performance, collect insights, and prepare reports. Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Support festive and seasonal campaigns (recipe reels, festival tie-ups, society activations, etc.). Contribute fresh ideas for brand growth, customer engagement, and storytelling.
