Quality Assurance AuditorThe primary role of a Quality Assurance Auditor is to ensure compliance and quality at clinical research sites.Conduct audits of clinical research sites across phases I–IV to identify potential issues and non-compliances.Review clinical research protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory documents to ensure adherence to GCP, GLP and regulatory requirements.Document and report audit findings, providing recommendations for corrective actions to improve site performance.Collaborate with site staff to provide guidance on compliance and training, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining high standards of quality.Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and implementing CAPA actions to address any discrepancies or deviations.Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field, accompanied by 10-12 years of clinical research experience, auditing and QA expertise, and knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA/EMA regulations. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are also required for this position.This role involves significant travel, up to 50% of the time, to conduct site audits and inspections.
