Data Center Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead our project delivery team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center projects, from inception to handover. This includes developing project charters, providing inputs for sequencing activities, guiding the project planning manager, and finalizing the master schedule.Key Responsibilities:Develop high-level budgets, establish unit rates, and update costing throughout the project lifecycle.Lead the tendering process, analyze documents, and evaluate technical submissions.Identify opportunities for cost reduction through value engineering workshops and suggest design modifications.Coordinate with team members, proactively manage risks, and collaborate with clients and contractors.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related fields; Master's/Advanced Tech studies preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in the Indian market.At least 8 years of experience working with a contracting company.Managed contracting scope as a Project Manager for at least 2 large-sized data center projects.About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team.
