Genomic Data Analyst Opportunity:Seeking a detail-oriented Genomic Data Analyst to support the analysis and interpretation of genomic data. As part of our team, you will contribute to ensuring high-quality genetic reports for physicians, clients, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of whole exome, whole genome, and targeted gene panel sequencing data.Review and interpret variants according to ACMG/AMP guidelines and established company standards.Generate accurate and clinically relevant genetic reports for clinical professionals, clients, and internal teams.Collaborate with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams to ensure timely case review.Maintain knowledge of genetic databases, variant classification tools, and current literature.Participate in case discussions and continuous quality improvement activities.Ensure all analyses and reports meet internal SOPs, quality standards, and data privacy regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in genetic variant interpretation and reporting.Experience working with genetic databases and variant classification tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong understanding of ACMG/AMP guidelines and industry standards.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic field.
