Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, map processes, and drive solution delivery across SAP and data analytics initiatives.Main Responsibilities:Work with business teams to gather requirements, prepare BRDs, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate data, prepare documentation, conduct testing, and support UAT.Map business processes to SAP processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.Define solutions for Data Analytics, Reporting, and AI-based insights.Prepare detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.Support SAP ERP processes across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, Ariba, CFIN, etc.Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries for validations and analysis.Ensure successful delivery of solution components with strong ownership and accountability.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain (Mandatory).Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP modules: SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, and additional experience with S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN.Strong understanding of Data Modeling, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience delivering solution design, documentation, and implementation support.
