They will set priorities, ensure workload balance, and drive professional development through training and ongoing feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the NOC function, ensuring teams follow predefined procedures and escalation paths.Coordinate incident management efforts, serving as primary incident coordinator for major incidents.Monitor team performance, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability.Provide clear communication to management regarding incidents and operational status, delivering daily/weekly operational reports.**Requirements**Proven experience leading technical teams in NOC or Operations environment.Strong troubleshooting expertise across network environments.Familiarity with monitoring and alerting platforms such as Icinga, Prometheus, Grafana.Excellent communication skills and high situational awareness.**Ideal Candidate**We are looking for a seasoned leader who can effectively manage and motivate their team.
