Greetings from TCSWe are looking for - MDM Project ManagerExperience: 15+ YearsLocation: Hyd, Kolkata, Bangalore, ChennaiTechnical/Functional Skills -Knowledge on MDM concepts, including data governance, data quality, and master data domains (Customer, Product, Supplier)Experience managing Reltio MDM or similar MDM platform implementationsProven project management skills: planning, scheduling, risk management, and reportingKnowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)Roles & Responsibilities-The MDM Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver scalable MDM solutions.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and monitor MDM projects, including scope, schedule, and resource managementCoordinate between business analysts, architects, developers, and data stewardsManage project risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolutionEnsure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standardsTrack project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholdersFacilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and ensure documentation of project artifactsSupport change management and adoption of MDM processes across the organizationHandle Onsite – Offshore coordination on deliverablesGeneric/Preferred Managerial Skills -Basic understanding of data integration (APIs, ETL tools, Reltio Integration Hub)Familiarity with cloud deployments (GCP) and MDM architectureStrong stakeholder communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
