With offices in Caroline Springs, Berwick, Craigieburn and upcoming national expansion, we support a strong network of brokers with a high-performing back-end processing team.We are expanding our operations for our 2026 business vision and are looking for a skilled Loan Processor who is passionate about accuracy, service, and efficiency.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Loan Processor with excellent attention to detail who can support our brokers from application to settlement. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, compliant and timely processing of home loans, personal loans, refinances and asset finance applications.Key Responsibilities Preparing loan applications (residential, personal and asset finance) Verifying income, financials, supporting documents & compliance checks Lodging applications through lender portals & Infynity CRM Managing application pipeline from submission to settlement Communicating with lenders, clients and brokers in a timely manner Ordering valuations, progress updates, pricing requests & escalations Ensuring all NCCP, BID and Finsure compliance requirements are met Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation Supporting brokers with SLA updates and lender policy queriesWhat We're Looking ForEssential:- Minimum 1–2 years experience in mortgage/loan processing- Strong understanding of lender requirements & policies- Experience with CRM platforms (Infynity preferred)- Excellent communication & organisational skills- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail- Strong commitment to compliance and quality-Highly Regarded:- Experience in asset finance or personal loans- Exposure to Finsure ecosystem- Ability to manage multiple files independently-Why Join SLAN Finance?
