Data Science SpecialistThe Data Science team drives innovation by leveraging AI and machine learning to transform skill assessment, career development, and talent management.Key responsibilities include:Data Analysis & Interpretation – Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.MACHINE LEARNING MODEL DEVELOPMENT – Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking.CLUSTERING AND SEGMENTATION – Apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences.EMBEDDING AND SIMILARITY ANALYSIS – Create and utilize embeddings to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resources.STATISTICAL MODELING AND ANALYSIS – Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performance.DATAPREPROCESSING AND FEATURE ENGINEERING – Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and modeling.COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION – Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate results.MODEL TRAINING AND EVALUATION – Train machine learning models using large datasets, and evaluate their performance using appropriate metrics.Required Skills and QualificationsA Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
