Position: Senior Data Engineer Experience: 5–6 Years Location: Hybrid – Pune About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines, managing data warehouses, and designing efficient data architectures. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our end-to-end data strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple data systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for large-scale data processing and transformation. Work with Redshift or PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB as primary databases. Implement efficient data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation strategies across multiple data sources. Optimize Redshift performance and manage query efficiency (approx. 30K queries/day). Lead data architecture re-design and schema optimization to improve scalability and reporting performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions. Manage data migration , pipeline automation , and model deployment across environments. Identify and implement cost optimization strategies across data infrastructure. Technical Skills (Mandatory): - Database Expertise: Redshift or PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB. - Big Data Processing: AWS Glue, Apache Spark. - Data Pipeline Design & Development experience
