Oracle Cloud Techno Functional Learning Consultant


Responsibilities:

Participate in requirement gathering sessions

Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered

Qualification:

Degree in Engineering/ master’s in computer applications

3 - 8 Years of experience as Oracle Cloud Technical / Techno-Functional

Mandatory experience in Oracle Cloud Learning module implementation

Technical Expertise areas like BI/OTBI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast formula and HDL/HSDL and functional expertise in Core HR and Learning

Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for Oracle Cloud (Fusion)

Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components

Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud applications

Must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC

Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure

Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions

Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model

Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary
