Main tasks & Responsibilities:


  • ORM Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive ORM strategies tailored to individual client needs, including monitoring online mentions and feedback.
  • Online Monitoring: Continuously monitor online platforms, social media channels, and review websites to identify and address reputation issues promptly.
  • Reputation Repair: Strategically respond to negative comments and reviews, aiming to resolve issues and improve the online sentiment.
  • Content Development: Create and manage positive content campaigns that promote clients' brands and enhance their online reputation.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with account management, social media, and PR teams to align ORM efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and insights on ORM campaign performance for clients, highlighting improvements in online reputation metrics.
  • Crisis Management: Be prepared to respond swiftly to online reputation crises and take necessary actions to mitigate damage.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Online Reputation Management, preferably in a digital agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms, social media dynamics, and review websites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective reputation repair and crisis management.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative ORM strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ORM tools and analytics for monitoring and reporting.
  • Crisis communication experience is a plus.
