We are seeking a talented Lead UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team and drive the visual, interactive, and graphic aspects of our products and marketing materials.


Job Description

We are searching for talented and experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative user experiences, interface designs, and graphic design elements for both our web and mobile applications, as well as marketing materials. We need someone who can blend strong UI/UX design skills with exceptional graphic design expertise to create visually appealing and intuitive designs that enhance our brand and product offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UI/UX and graphic design process from concept to implementation for web and mobile applications, as well as marketing materials
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas
  • Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and brand assets for both digital and print media
  • Design and maintain cohesive visual identity systems across all products and marketing channels
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for innovative design
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX and graphic design trends, tools, and technologies


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Proven expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
  • Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines
  • Proven ability to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes
  • Excellence in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, infographics, presentations)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in user research and usability testing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP systems, or digital marketing
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
  • Experience with animation and motion design
  • Understanding of print production processes
