Project Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.This role requires strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset. You will be the link between clients and stakeholders, hardware partners, installers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution from onboarding to data delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organise project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data.Benefits:This is a remote position.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.
