Job Description for Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager – OperationalExcellence – Operation.Candidate must be –Qualifications and Experience Levels:• Bachelor of Mech/ Elect. Engineering from reputed institute• Experience – 10 to 15 Yrs experience from industry like Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics.• Preferable– from JIPM TPM award-winning large-scale companies.• Preferable -Professional Certifications in TPM, LEAN and Operational excellence• Preferable -Lean Six Sigma certification.• Proven track record of successfully implementing lean and TPM initiatives.Main Tasks:• Strategy Development: Being the part of Global team to develop and implement operationalexcellence strategies, TPM & LEAN and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.• Collaboration and coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecksand inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions.• Training: Coordinate and execute training programs on operational excellence principles, leanprinciples, TPM practices, tools, and techniques.• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track theprogress and impact of initiatives and report on the effectiveness of lean and TPM initiatives.• Documentation: Oversee the documentation and updating of processes to ensure compliance withbest practices and regulatory requirements.• Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:• Collaboration and coordination: To work in harmony with colleagues / superior and facilitateteam spirit within the company.
