Job Description for Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager – OperationalExcellence – Operation.Candidate must be –Qualifications and Experience Levels:• Bachelor of Mech/ Elect. Engineering from reputed institute• Experience – 10 to 15 Yrs experience from industry like Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics.• Preferable– from JIPM TPM award-winning large-scale companies.• Preferable -Professional Certifications in TPM, LEAN and Operational excellence• Preferable -Lean Six Sigma certification.• Proven track record of successfully implementing lean and TPM initiatives.Main Tasks:• Strategy Development: Being the part of Global team to develop and implement operationalexcellence strategies, TPM & LEAN and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.• Collaboration and coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecksand inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions.• Training: Coordinate and execute training programs on operational excellence principles, leanprinciples, TPM practices, tools, and techniques.• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track theprogress and impact of initiatives and report on the effectiveness of lean and TPM initiatives.• Documentation: Oversee the documentation and updating of processes to ensure compliance withbest practices and regulatory requirements.• Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:• Collaboration and coordination: To work in harmony with colleagues / superior and facilitateteam spirit within the company. TPM coordination with all pillar heads for JIPM certification andsustenance; Coordination with TPM and LEAN consultant(s).• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clearcommunication and collaboration.• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and report status to stakeholders andmanagement.• Lean and them-based focused improvement projects: Outline project roadmaps, break downtasks, allocate resources, and establish timelines; Track project progress and report status tostakeholders.• Training and Team formation: Identify training needs and coordinate trainings team memberson lean processes and TPM methodologies; Managing the overall infrastructure and varioustraining aids used for TPM and LEAN; Establish and guide teams within the organization.• Best Practices: Facilitate the deployment of best practices in project management and processoptimization.• Resource Management: Prepare and manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensuremilestones are met.Competencies: (Personal Skills):• Planning• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Display Personal Energy and Passion to Succeed,• Nurture Innovation & Continuous Improvement,• Act With Integrity and Build Trust,• Encourage ownership and Individual development,• Ensure accountability & proactive,• Lead & Manage Change,• Foster & Models Company Values,• Cultivate team Sprit,• Communicate effectively,• Direct own actions towards sustainable customer value,• Master Complexity & Dynamics.Competencies: (Functional- Methodical- Leadership):• Lean and TPM Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of Lean & TPM principles, tools, and techniques.Know-how about TQM and EFQM.• Strong project management skills.• Proficiency in using lean and TPM software tools.• Leadership skills and interpersonal skills.• Training and Coaching: Skills in training and coaching team members on Lean & TPM practices andfostering a culture of continuous improvement.• Data Analysis and documentation: Proficiency in data analysis to measure performance, identifytrends, and make data-driven decisions and change management and document the same clearlyand accurately
