Purpose the Role: To Manage the Cafe Operations at Sholinganallur Campus.Key Responsibilities:Take care of the live kitchen operation on a managed service platform. To ensure café operation delivered under applicable compliance laid by Local Bodies, State Authorities, FSSAI guidelines and the HCLTech QHSE SOP adherence.To ensure to be compliant with all HCL internal and HCL client related audits w. r. t. F&B prospects including QHSE and Quality audits.To Performance evaluation of all F&B operators on regular interval.Handling all large events and Clients visits organized in the region Campus.Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Maintaining Cleanliness, hygiene and ambiance in line with brand standards.Daily, monthly, verification & reconciliation of consumption report.Café asset management.Café related maintenance needs to own and executed through internal support system.Inter-personal competencies:Strong quantitative skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Verbal & written communication and presentation skills.Aptitude & passion for both strategy formulation and program execution.Organized and methodical.Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions.Proficiency in ISO standards.FM Industry & OEM connect.Any certifications on FM, ISO would be added advantage.Relevant Experience: The candidate must have managed IT Campus Cafe at least 10K People Capacity.
