Job Title: Finishing Carpenter / Joinery CarpenterLocation: Sharjah, UAEKey Responsibilities:Execute fine carpentry and joinery works for luxury wooden furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-out elements with precision and craftsmanship.Read and interpret detailed technical and shop drawings to ensure accurate dimensions, alignment, and execution.Perform cutting, shaping, assembling, edging, veneering, laminating, and fitting of wooden components.Ensure precise fitting and installation of furniture, panels, doors, and joinery items at project sites.Work with materials such as solid wood, veneer, MDF, laminates, and decorative finishes.Collaborate with designers, production supervisors, and site teams to meet project quality standards and timelines.Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in proper working condition.Follow safety guidelines and ensure high-quality finishes at all stages of work.Requirements & Skills:47 years of experience as a finishing carpenter or joinery carpenter, with at least 23 years in the UAE working on luxury furniture, joinery, or fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture manufacturing, and fit-out installation techniques.Ability to accurately read and interpret technical and shop drawings.Proficient in using both manual carpentry tools and modern woodworking machinery.Experience working on luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects.Ability to work independently and within a team environment while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.Preferred Qualifications:Technical certification or diploma in carpentry or joinery.Prior experience with luxury furniture manufacturing companies in the UAE.Other Details:Salary: Will be discussed during the interview based on skills and experience.Working Hours & Conditions: As per UAE labor law and project requirements.
