**Job Title:** Motion and Post-Production DirectorJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion and Post-Production Director to lead our team in delivering high-end motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production services. As a key member of our creative production hub, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our motion design, CGI, and post-production work.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from broadcast and digital commercials to social media campaigns and feature films. You will collaborate closely with our creative directors, producers, and account teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.As a seasoned professional, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Your strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing will enable you to create compelling and engaging motion graphics that capture the attention of audiences worldwide.Requirements:Motion graphics and visual effects experience, preferably in large advertising, film, or creative-production environmentsDeep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Nuke, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, and DaVinci ResolveProven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scaleStrong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motionBenefits:We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
