About this RoleThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge trading infrastructure, focusing on Rust-based solutions for decentralized exchanges.Key responsibilities include:Liquidity Provision and Market Making: Design and implement automated market-making engines using Rust. This will involve creating systems that update liquidity positions dynamically based on volatility signals, price feeds, and inventory conditions.Blockchain Integration: Develop and maintain the core blockchain interaction layer, encompassing transaction construction and signing, on-chain event streaming, state queries, batch transactions, and bundling.MEV-Aware Execution: Create execution pathways that minimize front-running, sandwich attacks, and flash-loan driven toxic flow. Additionally, contribute to internal tooling around MEV simulation, slippage prediction, and routing logic.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level development.Fundamental understanding of blockchain concepts, including state management and transaction life cycles.Experience with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) and knowledge of AMM models, CLMM mechanics, liquidity ticks, and impermanent loss.Demonstrated expertise in concurrency, distributed systems, API design, and comfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 tooling.
