About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that meet customer needs and business goals.Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & PlanningDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, value, and feasibility.2. Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.Communicate product plans, updates, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and timely execution.3. Product Development & ExecutionDocument product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle- from concept to launch.Ensure product releases are timely, smooth, and meet quality standards.4. Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.Identify improvement areas and implement data-backed enhancements.Drive continuous innovation to improve user experience and product value.5. Customer FocusUnderstand customer pain points and translate them into meaningful solutions.Advocate for the best possible user experience across all platforms.Support sales and customer teams with product insights when needed.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.Strong ability to define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.).Good to HaveExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.UI/UX understanding and ability to collaborate closely with designers.Technical background or ability to understand tech constraints.Experience with JIRA, Notion, or similar product management tools.Why Join Us?Opportunity to shape high-impact products from the ground up.Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.Competitive compensation and performance-based rewards.Work with a passionate team dedicated to innovation.
