Job Title: SAP Basis Cloud Architect AdvisoryThis position involves planning and designing customer SAP landscapes, as well as guiding them through their transition to the SAP RISE Platform. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create customized landscape architecture.The primary role of a cloud architect is to plan and design SAP landscapes for customers.Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create customized landscape architecture.Guide customers through their transition to the SAP RISE Platform.Scope for Career GrowthCandidates will have opportunities to learn new technologies on SAP products, including S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG, and SaaS Products (Ariba, Salesforce, etc.). They will also gain access to internal training materials and be exposed to various build architectures.Gain exposure to different SAP landscape setups, delivery processes, and challenges in multiple industries.Develop skills in bill of material review, technical validation, and early watch reports analysis.Work closely with the sales team to validate product version build viability and provide feedback on bill of material.Roles and ResponsibilitiesBill of Material Review and Analysis:Review technical accuracy of bill of material to validate that no obsolete version product (ECC, etc.) is selected to build on SAP RISE platform.Provide feedback to the sales team on bill of material to confirm if selected product and version is available to build.Do technical validation of customer landscape to validate product version build viability.Analyze early watch reports and technical data to validate hardware selection and sizing.Work closely with the sales team on architecture, landscape, and to-be designs.Sizing the to-be landscape for migrations.Customer Deal Support - Pre-Signature:Prepare technical assessments to discuss with customers and explain about their to-be landscape.Conduct technical assessments with customers.Perform workshops with customers (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).Customer Deal Support - Post Signature:Onboarding questionnaire support (assist customers with questions on onboarding).Answer questions of customers relating to delivery.Provide delivery with key information during the sales cycle.Provide turnover to delivery of key items during the sales cycle.Answer questions of delivery specific to the delivery.Technical Skills and Experience Required6+ years of experience in CAA Role, with expertise in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and S/4 HANA skills, migration/upgrades, and experience on any cloud (AWS, MS Azure, GCP). Good communication skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and work with customers.
