Job Title: Quality Manager (Transmission Line)Location: KarnatakaQualifications: Any GraduateExperience:Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality management, specifically related to transmission line construction projects.Compensation Package:The offered CTC will be determined based on the candidate's past experience, previous employment history, and the current market standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems for transmission line construction projects.Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures.Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence to QMS standards.Monitor all phases of transmission line projects (design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning) to ensure compliance with quality standards.Lead the development of quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and other necessary documents for project quality assurance.Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely implementation of quality measures.Manage and evaluate suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.Perform vendor evaluations, audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken if required.Review and approve the quality-related aspects of submittals, material certifications, and inspections.Conduct periodic audits and inspections on-site to monitor the effectiveness of quality systems.Ensure that all construction materials and works are inspected and tested as per the specified quality standards.Ensure proper documentation of test results, inspections, and corrective actions.Ensure all work is in compliance with national and international standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.Prepare and submit regular quality reports to senior management, detailing audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients as required to demonstrate compliance.Identify and assess risks related to quality during transmission line project execution.Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize quality-related risks.Serve as the primary point of contact for quality concerns with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with quality results.Respond to customer complaints and resolve any quality issues promptly and professionally.
