Cloud Consultant Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Consultant to onboard and support customers using Managed OpenStack and Managed Kubernetes products.Lead technical onboarding for customers using Managed OpenStack and Managed Kubernetes.Collaborate with customers to understand infrastructure requirements and design optimal cloud-native solutions.Provide expert guidance on OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related cloud-native technologies.Key Responsibilities:Offer strategic guidance on OpenStack and Kubernetes architecture.Educate customers on best practices for managing and maintaining OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure.Implement automation solutions using Go, Python, Bash, and CI/CD best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during customer onboarding and ongoing usage.Deliver expert services solutions to existing customers in accordance with a statement of work document.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience.Provide continuous feedback to internal Quality Assurance teams on product usability.Deliver technical workshops, demos, and training to customers.Please note that our organization uses multiple cloud platforms which require considerable skills.
