Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of People & Culture Specialist. This individual will play a vital part in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence at our organization.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring every joiner and leaver feels supported. They will also be responsible for organizing and running engagement, recognition, and culture programs that boost belonging and retention.Drive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences; ensure every joiner and leaver feels supported.Organize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events (virtual & in-person) that boost belonging and retentionAnswer all employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.Key responsibilities include managing HR systems and processes, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance. The successful candidate will also partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectivesAssist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports, use data to spot trends and recommend action.About You4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impact.Excel at people analytics - spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving cultural transformation.This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our organization.
