Our flagship product integrates AI, robotics, and multi-modal sensing to maintain safe and efficient spaces.We partner with leading U.S. health systems, including Stanford, Sutter, Kaiser, Tenet, Prisma Health, and Baptist Health, to deliver innovative solutions.We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support our distributed team and ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.Role Overview:The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, providing technical assistance to employees, and ensuring secure access to company systems.This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues.You will play a key role in maintaining smooth IT operations for a fast-growing, globally distributed organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.Systems Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).Monitor system access and ensure compliance with organizational policies.Support VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication setup.Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data (HIPAA, SOC2 alignment).Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.Respond to IT security incidents and escalate as needed.Process Improvement & Global Collaboration: Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support remote deployments and field devices when needed.Provide overlapping coverage with U.S. hours for cross-team collaboration.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a pioneering organization.
