Job Description:
As a Front Office Executive at Impetus Technologies, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all interactions with the front office are professional, efficient, and welcoming. Your role will involve a combination of administrative, customer service, and coordination duties to support the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and helpful manner
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about the company's products and services
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven experience in a customer service or front office role
