Work Experience: 5 to 8 years

Educational Qualification: BE (EEE) / M Tech (Power electronics) With EV experience Desired Competencies / Experience


  • Product Development – Technical Lead for Electric Vehicle Domain
  • Drive the execution phases of all stages from System Requirements to Product launch for EV Products
  • Risk Mitigation plan(s) for all the identified Key challenges and Risk
  • Establish a strong people connects and drive the Cross Function Team deliverables in convincing and influencing with technical justification on their tasks
  • Design Documentation
  • Technical enthusiastic to incorporate new technologies to e Mobility domain
  • RFQ/RFI support for EV Business enquires.
  • Experience in EV - Embedded Products - Hardware software design, development and testing
  • Make the Stress Analysis, MTBF reports for the designed products based on the real world use case
  • Magnetics design knowledge or experience
  • AC-DC & DC-DC Topology selection knowledge & experience
  • Should have knowledge on Semiconductor loss calculation & Thermal requirement
  • Experience of working on IGBT, MOSFET selection & Calculation of junction temperature
  • Any Charger/smart plug/Motor control/ BMS experience prefer
