This involves examining current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic plans to enhance overall performance.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.Design and implement data models to support complex analysis and business process modeling.Develop strategic roadmaps to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.Requirements and Skills:Strong knowledge of business operations and process optimization techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management and collaboration tools.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in data science and data modeling is an advantage.Responsibilities Include:Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.Project management skills are essential.Green Belt or Six Sigma certification is preferred.Subject-Matter-Expertise in OTC sub-processes such as Credit & Risk Management, Pricing & Discount Management, Invoicing, Cash Applications, Collections and Short Payment, Discount & Deductions, Trade Investment & Bonus Management.
