We prioritize collaboration between our staff, parents, and caregivers, creating a supportive network for the child's developmental journey.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Hyderabad. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting behavior assessments, and working closely with children to promote positive behavior changes. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and caregivers, to ensure individualized care and support for each child. The therapist will also provide training and support to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home.QualificationsApplied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skillsStrong Interpersonal Skills and experience Working With ChildrenBackground in PsychologyCompassionate and patient demeanorExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMaster's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications in ABA or Behavior Analysis are a plusPrior experience in a similar role is beneficialMust be able to speak english hindi and telugu
