We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Relations and Industry Outreach initiatives. This role is focused on building strategic partnerships with corporate entities, generating placements, and creating opportunities for full-time positions and summer internships.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a database of corporate contacts, including placement POCs/CXOs/CHROsNurture campus relations with prospective recruiters, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalismPlan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment processes for full-time positions and summer internshipsStay abreast of industry/economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of outreach effortsRequirements: 10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity in the Higher Education IndustryProspective candidate must have sales and strategy orientation, knowledge about business school placementsExcellent organizational and administrative skills with experience of working as a teamExcellent quantitative, analytical communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications: Understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomesAbility to meet targets assigned with a keen eye on planning, managing and executionWell-networked in the corporate HR and corporate communityLocation: Great Lakes Institute of Management, Bilaspur Tauru Road, Near Bilaspur Chowk, Gurgaon.
