Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead our design efforts in the US.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our design output, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and are executed within stipulated timeframes.Key Responsibilities:Planning and designing interior layouts and commercial/residential spaces within defined timelinesManaging a team of designers and visualizers to create drawings and designs meeting client requirements and budget constraintsClient engagement, project coordination, and procurement process managementSelecting materials and finishes with client approvalCreating project schedules for furniture, fixtures, and other elementsCollaborating with graphic designers on wallpaper designs and other visual elementsCoordinating working drawings and technical drawings for site executionRequirements:4+ years of experience in corporate and residential space designStrong design sense and knowledge of interior elements and building structuresFamiliarity with design codes across different US statesExcellent time management and prioritization skillsDemonstrated track record of delivering high-quality designs and leading teams on complex projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProcess-oriented approach with ability to motivate team membersComprehensive knowledge of materials, costing, and GFC detailsPreferred Skills:Drafting skills: Proficient in AutocadQuantity assessment: Proficient in MS ExcelProficiency in Photoshop, Sketchup/3DS-MaxDesign conceptualization writingProject pitch presentationsDesired Attributes:Attention to detailTeam managementAbout the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Design Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding design solutions to our clients.We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.If you are a motivated and creative individual looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
