UI Engineering RoleBridge the gap between design and code as a skilled UI Engineer. Your primary responsibility is to take high-fidelity designs from Figma and rebuild them in Unity with 100% pixel-perfect accuracy, as well as implementing animations for premium "game juice" effects.Key Responsibilities:Taking designs from Figma and translating values directly into Unity components.Implementing animations for "game juice" effects.Rebuilding UI elements with 100% pixel-perfect accuracy.Required Skills & Qualifications:Figma-to-Unity Pipeline Mastery: Ability to inspect Figma files and translate values directly into Unity components.Layout Translation: Understanding of Figma's "Auto Layout" equivalent in Unity's Horizontal/Vertical Layout Groups.Asset Export Logic: Knowledge of exporting vectors as high-res PNGs or SVGs for specific use cases.Component Mapping: Ability to map Figma master components to reusable Prefabs in Unity.Responsive Architecture: Deep knowledge of Canvas Scaler, Anchors, and Pivots for building UI that adapts to various devices.9-Slicing Specialist: Ability to set up sprites with 9-slice borders for clean stretching without blurring edges.Text & Typography: Experience with TextMeshPro to match Figma's font rendering, including line height, character spacing, and material presets.Tweening Libraries: Mastery of DOTween or PrimeTween for scripting complex UI transitions.Particle Systems: Ability to implement "victory" effects, confetti, and glows using Unity's Particle System.Shaders: Basic knowledge of Shader Graph for adding polish, such as shiny glossy effects on tiles.Core Engineering Requirements:C# Architecture: Clean, modular code structure.Mobile Optimization: Keeping draw calls low and ensuring 60 FPS performance on low-end Android devices.SDKs: Experience integrating AdMob / AppLovin and Analytics.
