About Our Lighting Design TeamWe are seeking a skilled Lighting CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings for lighting installations.The successful applicant will work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure that drawings meet design intent and technical standards. They will be responsible for developing plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings for various lighting installations.The position involves calculating lighting layouts using Dialux Evo, AutoCAD, Revit, or 3ds Max, as well as coordinating with suppliers and factories to ensure product specifications are accurately represented in drawings.We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can produce precise and clear drawings, has strong communication and coordination skills, and can work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial lighting installations. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience as a Draftsman in lighting, electrical, or architectural projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux Evo, Revit, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software is also required.A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred but not necessary. If you are a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about lighting design, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesCreate accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on lighting designs and project requirements.Collaborate with lighting designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet design intent and technical standards.Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings for various lighting installations.Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including specifications, schedules, and material lists.Calculate lighting layouts using Dialux Evo, AutoCAD, Revit, or 3ds Max.Coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure product specifications are accurately represented in drawings.Revise drawings based on feedback from designers, clients, and technical reviews.Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.Support the project team during installation, testing, and commissioning by providing technical drawings and guidance.RequirementsPrior experience as a Draftsman in lighting, electrical, or architectural projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux Evo, Revit, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.Strong understanding of lighting principles, photometry, and lighting products.Attention to detail and ability to produce precise and clear drawings.Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.Working ScheduleMonday to Friday 9:00am – 6:30pmSaturday 9:30am – 12:30pmSunday – off
