Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design branding materials such as logos, brochures, and banners.Create visually engaging graphics for social media platforms.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project goals.Produce layouts and mock-ups for web and mobile applications.Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements.Prepare and deliver final files for print and digital distribution.Design promotional materials for events and campaigns.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Maintain an organized library of design assets.Work with web developers to enhance user experience through design.Conduct research to support design decisions and strategies.Assist in coordinating photo shoots and sourcing imagery. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.2+ years of professional graphic design experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.Ability to work independently and in team settings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of design principles and color theory.Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Experience with typography and print production.Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.Ability to incorporate feedback and make improvements.Understanding of user-centered design principles.Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.Passion for design and visual storytelling.
