Big Data and Hadoop ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to take on a challenging role in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems using Hadoop and related technologies.Key Responsibilities:Installation, configuration, supporting and managing Hadoop clusters using Hortonworks distribution.Migrating clusters to Azure Cloud environment.Upgrading clusters and configuring Kerberos and Ranger security features.Proficiency in shell scripting and PySpark programming languages.Commissioning and de-commissioning nodes in clusters, as well as data re-balancing tasks.Experience in setting up High-Availability Hadoop Clusters.Configuring Distcp between clusters for efficient data transfer.Implementing Standby Ambari Server and Hive View configurations.Familiarity with installing, configuring, and utilizing Hadoop ecosystem components like HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, HBase, Oozie, Hive, Sqoop, Pig, Kafka, and Ranger.Ability to work flexible shifts.
