WiFi Development Specialist RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled WiFi Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing WiFi development in Linux and Android domains.Main Responsibilities:Review specifications and collaborate with the requirements team to resolve issues.Create high-level designs, detailed designs, and test plans for software modules.Develop WiFi capabilities for In-Vehicle infotainment systems in Linux and Android platforms.Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and fix issues across multiple layers of the WiFi stack.Run static analysis on software components, analyze errors, and implement fixes.Perform root cause analysis for observed issues and resolve them during development, stability, and maintenance phases.Develop and integrate tools/scripts to automate testing.Conduct development testing and document test reports.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of WiFi features in In-Vehicle Infotainment systems.Excellent C, C++, Java programming skills.Working experience in Android AOSP/Linux based infotainment and build environments.Development experience in 802.11n, 802.11ac, and 802.11ax standards and security standards like WPA2, WPA3.Experience in building WIFI Access point, WIFI Station, and WIFI direct features.Good understanding of Linux and Android network stack.Proficient in capturing WiFi sniffer logs and analyzing pcap files.Execution experience in WIFI Alliance certification.Year One Deliverables:Develop necessary software modules to build WiFi capabilities for In-Vehicle infotainment systems in Linux and Android platforms.Resolve issues during development, stability, and maintenance phases.
