This is for a CAT 1 and CAT 2 fund.Key responsibilitiesInvestment strategy and execution: Oversee the creation and execution of investment strategies for the firm, making buy, hold, or sell recommendations based on in-depth research and analysis.Team leadership: Mentor and develop the investment team, setting a vision for growth and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Financial analysis and modeling: Direct the creation of financial models and perform valuation analyses to forecast performance and identify promising investment prospects.Risk management: Focus on identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring that investments align with the firm's overall financial goals and risk tolerance.Client and stakeholder relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and communicating the firm's investment strategy.Market analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market performance, and macroeconomic conditions to guide investment decisions.
