DescriptionThe Head of Flexcube Retail Technology ensures Retail part of Core Banking has been purposed as per bank's need.Further, execution of the Program wrt. design of functionality has to be planned appropriately.Execution also involves management of team, cost, etc.ResponsibilitiesLead the Flexcube Retail Technology team In Core Banking Transformation Program.Manage the team of different IT bsg module leads.Should be part of creating solution design, product design and guide team to drive an efficient solution.Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business units, and work closely with compliance and security teams.Should have known how of Digital channels where core banking retail is supplier of information.Oversee platform deployment, integration, and maintenance, optimizing for performance and reliability.Manage system upgrades, Audit, Appsec and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with vendors to incorporate new features and drive automation.Build and mentor a high-performance team, focusing on development and retention. Lead recruitment for the Flexcube Retail Technology team. QualificationsQualifications: Graduate in any stream like BE, BSC-IT, BCOM, BSC, Prior relevant experience of Project Management and Team Management.MBA, PMP (both not mandatory but preferable)Experience: 18 to 20 years
