Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer with a proven track record in developing end-to-end machine automation solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA integration, and commissioning of automated systems, specifically on Siemens, B&R, and Mitsubishi platforms. This role requires both deep technical expertise and practical, on-site problem-solving skills to bring complete machine control systems from concept through to implementation.Key Responsibilities:1.Design, develop, and implement PLC logic, HMI screens, and control strategies for automated machines and production lines.2.Work from machine concept to commissioning, including requirements gathering, programming, simulation, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), installation, and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).3.Program and troubleshoot on Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7), B&R (Automation Studio), and Mitsubishi PLCs (GX Works, iQ Platform).4.Integrate PLCs with motion controllers, sensors, drives, and industrial communication networks (PROFINET, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).5.Develop end-to-end functional logic for machine sequences, interlocks, safety, and process optimization.6.Perform factory trials, fault diagnosis, and on-site commissioning at customer locations.Collaborate with design, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration with hardware and instrumentation.7.Prepare technical documentation including PLC program structure, wiring schematics review, and operation manuals.8.Provide training and support to operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation.Ensure compliance with safety standards (IEC, ISO, CE) and industry best practices.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.Proven expertise with:1.Siemens: TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, S7-300/400/1200/1500 series2.B&R: Automation Studio, X20/X90 series3.Mitsubishi: GX Works2/3, iQ-R, FX, Q Series4.Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/RTU, CANopen).5.Experience in servo/motion control programming and drive integration.6.Ability to debug complex logic and optimize performance of machine sequences.7.Hands-on exposure to safety PLCs (e.g., Siemens F-series, B&R SafeLOGIC).8.Familiarity with electrical drawings, P&IDs, and machine schematics.9.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
