Lead User Experience Designer

UX Design LeaderAt the core of our product development process lies a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our digital products.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive user research reports to inform design decisions, drawing from insights gained through various qualitative and quantitative methods.Create interactive journey maps and workflow diagrams to visualize complex user experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across touchpoints.Design wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that balance form and function, catering to diverse user needs and accessibility standards.Conduct usability testing plans and reports to validate design solutions, refining them to achieve optimal results.Document and maintain design systems and guidelines to foster consistency across products, facilitating scalability and maintainability.Present regular progress updates and materials to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions and rationales.Requirements:Bachelor or Master degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design for digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop.Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to ensure products are usable by everyone.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and effective decision-making.Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams to drive innovation and meet project goals.
