The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, a strong understanding of data management principles, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. The role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The role is a permanent position

RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU'LL DO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Strategy & Design: Develop and implement data strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud. Design data models, schemas, and solutions to meet business requirements. Good understanding of data streams, transformation, harmonization, unification, segmentation & activation. Good hands-on experience in SQL.
Consulting & Implementation: Provide expert consulting services to clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud features.
Integration & Migration: Manage data integration and migration tasks, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
Customization & Optimization: Customize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet specific client needs and optimize performance and data management processes.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Salesforce Data Cloud. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed documentation for data models, processes, and solutions. Prepare and present reports on data management and system performance.
Continuous Platform Innovation : Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and advise on opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED - WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience
5+ years of experience in a hands-on Salesforce development role with minimum one year of strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, including data architecture and management.
Proficiency in data integration, migration, and customization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
