Visual StorytellerThe Art Director oversees the creation of high-quality visual elements for game art content. They are responsible for developing and implementing a visual strategy that aligns with the game's vision and mechanics.Create concept art, mood boards, key frames, style frames, and reference guides to communicate direction and establish a consistent visual language.Contribute to 2D art creation through hands-on tasks and provide artistic direction to ensure quality and consistency.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of artists (2D, VFX, UI/UX) to achieve project goals and deliver results on time.Oversee all art production pipelines, scheduling, and task distribution to maintain efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure art aligns with mechanics, UX, monetization, and performance budgets.Review and approve art assets to maintain quality, consistency & technical feasibility.Requirements:Degree in 2D, video game development or equivalent training/experience.10+ years experience of creating game art with minimum of 5 years at senior level or above.Strong portfolio showing a variety of game art styles and concept-to-delivery work.Experience working on a published game from conception to release.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
