Funded Algo/Quant TraderThis is a contract based profit sharing role for an experienced trader at a leading financial institution. The trader will focus on designing, testing, and executing algorithmic trading strategies.The successful candidate will have a strong expertise in Market Making and Trading Strategies as well as proficiency in Quantitative Investing and Trading. Experience with Quantitative Analytics and data-driven decision-making is also required.Key Responsibilities:Analyze datasets to identify profitable signals and optimize trading performance.Design, test, and execute algorithmic trading strategies.Collaborate with quantitative researchers, risk managers, and other team members to improve strategy effectiveness and ensure compliance with trading regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
