Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals to spearhead our software sales and services division. In
this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying potential clients, understanding their unique requirements,
and effectively showcasing our sales and services offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with mid to large enterprises, understanding their digital transformation needs.
Present and demonstrate the value of our IT Integrated solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Stay updated with IT trends and market demands.
Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities and opportunities.
Managing and maintaining a database of pre-sales activities, including proposals, presentations, and
customer interactions.
Generate new leads and acquire clients for implementation and managed services.
Develop tailored sales strategies for different client segments. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.Provide regular updates on sales progress and market insights to the management team .Maintain relationships with client’s post-acquisition, exploring additional service opportunities and
ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales, particularly in IT Products, services, implementation, or managed services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong understanding of the IT services market and client needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and meeting sales targets.
Having good connections and rapport with decision makers in Enterprise and mid-market segment.
Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
Working knowledge of leading Office productivity Suite.
