Hi All,
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for sales & business development. You will be engaged in generating new leads and set up and implement processes to track them to closure.
Exp: 1- 3 Years
Location: Remote
Communication: Excellent
Mandatory Exp: Exp in Business Development (Recruitment / Staffing)
Responsibilities
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
• New business generation by setting the meetings with potential clients, giving presentations to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
• • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain client relations
• Work with internal departments.
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Map potential customers and generate business.
