Key Responsibilities


• Plan and execute luxury real estate projects, managing budgets, timelines, and teams.

• Ensure high-quality construction and adherence to design specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery.

• Monitor compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

• Manage project costs and provide regular financial updates.


Qualifications


• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in managing luxury real estate projects, preferably in Goa.

• Strong understanding of premium materials, finishes, and design trends.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
