Kalpakaaru Projects Pvt Ltd (KPPL) invites interested candidates to join us as :
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH END INTERIOR & FINISHING) for our prestigious project being realized in GURUGRAM.
ONLY Candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience .:of which 7 years must have been in a managerial role handling prestigious interior and finishing projects need apply.
The Job Description are as follows:
Understand Clients/PMC expectations throughout each phase of the project.
Coordinate with project team and through collaboration with all disciplines and lead the execution
of:
The Project Plan
Understanding of Contract Documents
Communication and exchange of information between projects stake holders
Oversee the handover process and assist in smooth execution of the project
Create, organize and coordinate the following:
DPR, WPR, MPR’s and arrangement of necessary information
Review of each document for accuracy.
Project milestone progress: the person should be able to monitor and meet the milestones
Scheduling and coordinating with sub-vendors
Review documents with internal BIM Designer for compliance with design concepts and issue of shop drawings.
Support Planning Manager in establishing and maintaining project milestone, deadlines and
delivery dates.
Create and meet established goals and objectives for the execution documentation process.
Coordinate communication and documents with clients/PMC/Main contractor for the project.
Educational Qualifications Required:
BE Civil from a REPUTED institution.
Excellent written and speaking communications in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
Experienced Required:
More than 15 years of Experience in executing and overseeing high end Fit-out works., of which 7 years should be in project management .
Location of the project shall be Gurugram and ready to relocate whenever required.
Candidates who are presently residing or ready to relocate to Gurgaon /Delhi will be preferred.
Software skills : MSP, Primavera P6 preferred, Auto CAD, knowledge of BIM shall be an added advantage, knowledge of Microsoft office.
The candidate shall be directly reporting to the higher management and will be leading our Prestigious client.
